Aleksei from Russia sent me pictures from his Nokia 5500 Sports Phone test. The pictures say more than a thousand words and I must say they are quite entertaining also :-). If you care for your phone donīt try this!


The vacuum cleaner test didnīt do any harm to the Nokia 5500.


Sand and dirt - No problem at all, but maybe we should wash the phone?






After the washing the phone is clean and ready for the next adventure.


The phone was dropped into a bucket of milk. 30 seconds in low fat milk didnīt do any harm. According to Aleksei the phone received a call when lying in the milk and he noticed the tone was somewhat muffled :-).

In the final test Aleksei drove a car over the phone. Aleksei told me he was supriced the screen survived this test. The camare lens didnīt.
