Nokia today announcent it will give new phones a name rather than a number, following the success of rivals with model names like RAZR, sliver, pebl (Motorola) and chocolate (LG).

What you will see coming from us in the future is not just a numbering system, you are going to start to see names that carry a meaning and are important to consumers," Keith Pardy, head of marketing at Nokia, said during a webcast from an Citigroup's investor meeting in New York. Reuters

Nokia Mämmi I´m just speculating in what words Nokia will be using. Nokia Mämmi is more of an joke than a serious guess. If you have tasted mämmi or even seen it you know I´m joking. The oldest and no doubt the most unusual traditional Finnish dish is mämmi, a dark brown porridge made of water and sweetened rye malt. It is baked in a slow oven in cardboard boxes made to look like birchbark baskets. Nowadays mämmi is a dessert served with cream and sugar, but originally it used to be a Lenten provision, eaten cold as such or spread on top of a slice of bread.
