Not typical for low-end phones is the colour screen and support for MP3 ringtones, voice recorder, and an integrated handsfree speaker. Good news is also the expanded memory that accommodate up to 300 entries in the phonebook.



The 2610 is a dual-band GSM phone with operating frequencies E900/1800 or E850/1900 (for some markets).

The phone has a 65,536-color display and a UI (user interface) with dedicated shortcut keys, Go-to-menu and recently used numbers.The phone also has easy-to-read larger fonts.

The phone weights 91 grams, has a talk time of up to 3 hours and a standby time of up to 12 days. The Nokia 2610 will be available in a range of colours and it supports themes, wallpapers, MP3 and 24-chord polyphonic ringtones and a game called Coin Flipping is pre-installed.

And no camera, Bluetooth or infrared connection.

We say: The Nokia 2610 is a entry level phone with some extra features not so common on other Nokia low-end phones.
