I guess most of you arenīt familiar with the biggest (?) finnish Hotel chain Habbo Hotel? Habbo Hotel is an online youth community run by the finnish company Sulake Oy. Sulake has online communities or "hotels" in 18 countries and the company employ 230 people.

There was an article about Sulake in our local business magazine (Talous Sanomat) today were CEO Timo Soininen said the Habbo Hotel brand will extend to include mobile games and content, TV, animation series and merchandising products. Sulake is also aiming to broaden itīs product portfolio with other kinds of game and community concepts for different target audiences.

I say: Good luck! Sulake is one of those "small Nokias" as we sometimes call them. To date, over 50 million Habbo characters have been created, with 5.4 million unique users visiting Habbo Hotel each month. If you seacrh on Google for hotel habbo hotel is the second listing. Maybe they should expand to offer offline hotels also :-)
