When my fathers fathers fathers brother became President of Nokia in 1895 the company was manufacturing paper.

My ancestor Gustaf Fogelholm did not directly apply for the job. It was Fredrik Idestam, the founder of Nokia Ab, who handed over the reins of the company to his son-in-law Gustaf Fogelholm IN 1895.

Fogelholm was President between 1895-1918. After resigning his position of President, Fogelholm became a member of the Board for 1919-1940. He was Chairman of the Board during 1930-1937.
